RETURN AND REFUNDS
Return of defective products.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the Contract, you must contact us by email email@example.com, providing the details of the product, as well as the damage it has suffered, in some cases we will ask you to send us a photo of the damage.
Once we receive the notification, we will contact you to inform you about how you should proceed, and by which courier agency you should use. The item to be returned must be properly packed for return.
Once we have received the goods to be returned, we will examine the returned product carefully and inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period whether a return or replacement is appropriate (if any). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.
In the event that the product(s) cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to a fault or defect, where it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs that you would have incurred to return it to us.
The return will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase.
Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by the supplier are also excluded from the guarantee.
Return or exchange of article
If you are simply not completely satisfied with your purchase, and the products are not defective, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and then return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs incurred by the customer for the return will not be refunded.
The refund of the amounts paid will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase.
Liability and exoneration of responsibility
The photographs and texts reproduced presenting the products offered are for information purposes only.
ZOLEAM’s liability in relation to any product purchased at “www.zoleam.com” shall be strictly limited, in any event, to the purchase price of said product and shall not be compromised by simple errors or omissions that may have occurred, when all the necessary precautions have been taken in the presentation of the products.
Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, ZOLEAM’s liability under these general conditions may not exceed an amount equal to the sums paid following the transaction giving rise to such liability, whatever the cause or form of the action in question.
ZOLEAM cannot be held liable for failure to comply with the contract signed in the event of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of the product, force majeure, interruption
of the activity or total or partial strike, in particular, of the postal services and means of transport or communication, flooding or fire.
No returns will be accepted from:
- Products with an open or damaged opening seal.
- Products that have been improperly handled or cleaned.
- The reception of the product will not imply the acceptance or conformity of the return, so ZOLEAM may have a period of seven (7) days to inform the Customer of any disagreement that may arise. In addition, it reserves the right to apply a penalty to the value of the initial refund in the event that the product does not arrive in perfect condition.
You have the right to cancel the order of any item before it is shipped with a full refund.
